Joe and Natalie picked the ONE nice day in Kansas City this March to get married. Eighty degrees! AND, no snow! Fortunately it was a Friday that they chose for the wedding, because if they would have chosen the Saturday, they would have been looking at 45 degrees with some cold rain action. This weather has given me fits so far this year, but things could not have been more perfect for their wedding day. They had the ceremony and reception at the high character Simpson House in midtown Kansas City, which was a perfect fit for their small-to-medium sized wedding. They had guests flying in from all over the country, so attendance was pretty solid, you’d have to say! And, like I said, no silly frozen precipitation to make traveling difficult. Joe and Natalie were absolute naturals in front of the camera . . . and I think they kind of liked it. 🙂 They were one of the rare couples that you sort of step back and watch things unfold as they naturally do their own thing. As a photographer, that’s truly a treat to work with! Check out some of the stellar, fashionable results!
Joe and Natalie, thank you guys for having us along for the big day! Kara and I wish you all the best as you begin this new life together!
