I love October weddings! I love the weather, the colors and just the season in general. We got a wide variety of photos from around Kansas City for Cody and Sonya’s perfect October wedding. Both the wedding ceremony and reception were at Californo’s in Westport. What is great about Californo’s—beyond it’s great character and awesome food—is that it sits in the middle of Westport and there are tons of great photo opportunities within walking distance. We took full advantage of that and also visited Loose Park and made the trip downtown to get a few shots there as well. Thanks to Executive Limousines for bussing us all over the city so those shots would be possible! We started the day getting ready at the Plaza Marriott and Sonya’s hair and makeup was done by Mandy McKenna.
