I had the privilege of shooting Thom and Karen’s fun and intimate wedding at the beautiful Cedar Ridge Winery and Distillery recently. Seriously this place is just built for wow photos with the rolling hills and vineyard rows. I love the bright fall color that Thom and Karen injected into the day as well with their flowers. Thom is a character, so I just put the two of them in a picturesque spot, and then let him start goofing off while I found interesting angles to shoot. I’m a big fan of the casual and laid back portraits that we got from the day, and I think they suit their relationship perfectly. Good food, good service, lots of wine and spirits, great views—that’s what you get at Cedar Ridge. Thom and Karen, I appreciate you guys having me document your story there!
