Taylor and Trista had the most perfect Kansas City wedding day you could ask for in October. Amazing weather, killer venue, great people. It was such a privilege to serve as the photographers for these guys, both at the wedding and their earlier engagement session. We almost felt like part of the wedding party and they were on board for any crazy ideas that we had for some outside the box photos. Their wedding ceremony and reception were at our favorite venue—Terrace on Grand in Kansas City. They had their first look and ceremony on the rooftop there, so it was awesome to be able to feature its expansive view of downtown Kansas City in the photos. We also journeyed to the Nelson Atkins museum for some more classic wedding pictures. Everywhere in between, I’m really proud of how we were able to creatively document the story of the day, featuring some great moments, details and people.
