We spent part of our Labor Day weekend hanging out with Liz and William and their crazy wedding party. It was all good. We started the day getting ready at the West Des Moines Hilton Garden Inn, where the reception would be later in the evening. We then traveled to St Francis Catholic Church for the first look, some bridal party photos and, of course, the ceremony. The reception at the Hilton Garden Inn was lovely. It was beautifully decorated and the food was top notch! The father of the bride gave a heartfelt speech that had easily half of the room in tears, so big ups to you, Tom! As usual, I love me some wedding day tears. Ryan (DJ Frost) did a nice job of keeping the energy up for the reception and it was a great party to end a great day. Lizzy and William, thank you guys for having us as a part of your wedding day! It was a privilege partnering with you and your families, and we wish you all the best!
