We were blessed to spend the day with Tim and Laura as they celebrated their wedding day at the stunning Paramount Theatre in downtown Cedar Rapids. As photographers, shooting at the Paramount is a great luxury since it is so picturesque with its detail and character at every turn. It was a phenomenal site to shoot indoors for a winter wedding, when it’s so cold outside! Granted, we did spend a few minutes outside to take advantage of the marquee and sparkler exit (and the girls’ fancy furs). I generally love weddings that have 100 or fewer guests, and this one was no different. They’re so intimate and personal, and I think they are more tuned in to the whole purpose of the day. Tim and Laura, thanks so much for having us along for you beautiful and emotionally rich day! We can’t wait to share the rest with you soon!
